Returns & Exchanges

At ZISOO SHOP, we are committed to providing high-quality K-beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
✅ Incorrect item received
✅ Damaged or defective product upon arrival
✅ Allergic reaction (requires supporting evidence)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless returning due to damage/defect).
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required.
For allergic reactions, customers must provide photographic evidence or a doctor’s note.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
🚫 Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events
🚫 Gift cards or free gifts
🚫 Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective)

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at raonbobusang@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
3️⃣ Processing – After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund (as applicable).

5. Refunds & Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product once we receive the returned item.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), ZISOO SHOP will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
